The ingredient of Collagen Beauty Pot

• 2 pork bones large rinsed
• 2 chicken carcass rinsed
• 20 chicken feet rinsed
• 1 3 8 cups peanut
• 21 1 8 cups water
• salt to taste optional
• 1 1 8 pounds prawns
• 1 shitake mushroom pkt blithe
• 1 enoki mushroom
• 2 shimeji mushroom
• 1 carrot
• 2 leek large
• 1 broccoli cut out the florets
• 1 2 cabbage
• 2 boneless chicken thigh slice into small pieces marinate with 1 dash of pepper 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock
• 5 baby corn
• 1 teaspoon salt as desired
• 1 teaspoon chicken heap concentrate as desired
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil as desired
